No no no no no no. First of all this cheese doesn't even have a proper name. Is it cheddar? Is it Cheshire? Who the hell knows because this frankly is a waste of a cow. Try grilling this. You simply can't. The lack of fat causes the cheese to simply bubble up. This situation can only be rectified by spreading a traditional butter over the cheese mid grill to help calm it down. But this would be a waste of a good butter spread. The best suggestion I could make would be to eat it raw on hovis brown crackers but you can't disguise the rubbery taste. Avoid at all costs, unless you're seriously obese.
